Surviving School and Work

If you are a student and working too, this blog is for you.
I have created this blog as an outlet for working students to let each other and the world know what we go through. It is hard being a student. It is hard working 40 hours. It is hard to imagine doing both, but for a lot of students it is reality. In today's world we are working more and more and still preparing for even more work at the same time. Why do students take on so much? For many there is no choice. For others it is hard to settle for the low standard of living they face without a college degree. Whatever the reason, students that are working as well, struggle to survive.

As the world changes, and competition for decent pay increases, more students are pushing their limits to new ends. It is so hard to do both work and school that both suffer tremendously, but are there other options? Sure there are. A student can just be a student , but for those without parents who can front the bill this means creating a debt they may never be able to repay if they don't graduate and get a decent job. An already employed person can quit school, but this limits what they can possibly ever make in their lifetime and for most there is no chance of even making it to the middle class standard of living without and education. Neither, of these options are that appealing, and that is why the limits are pushed with both.
